MORE ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small town in the Adirondack foothills, where I participated in every possible performance group and assiduously avoided any threat of athletic activity, unless it involved wearing sequined headpieces and treading water.

I attended college in Boston and finally decided I was finished after earning four degrees. My mother is not happy that my degrees are stored under my bed.

I often draw inspiration from the places I know best: I wrote CANDOR while living in a Florida planned community, and I set DROUGHT in the woods where I spent my summers as a child.

I live in New Jersey with my husband, son and our big red rescue mutt. I like cooking, hiking, the Red Sox, and travel adventures of all sizes. My chosen sports are Zumba and Fantasy Football, both of which are only improved by sequins.

Wonder how to pronounce Bachorz? Listen to me explain how to pronounce it.
